Virginia Maar is responsible for leading the firm’s strategy services practice. In this role, she has been instrumental in advising leading health care executives and board members through vital strategic initiatives, including: developing new models of care, organizational realignment, identifying and responding to changing demographics and market trends and developing competitive strategies.

Ginny is well-known for her work in the field of implementing culture change and resident-directed care across health care settings. Her extensive knowledge of all of the program areas in the health care continuum make her an invaluable resource to organizations that are reengineering the way they operate and planning for a future with an emphasis on person-centered, consumer driven care. Her breadth and depth of experience, coupled with her unique background, both as a provider and administrator, have resulted in a significant practice area working directly with health care boards. She is highly sought after for developing and facilitating board retreats, providing high-level industry education and for specialized projects.

Ginny is a well-known lecturer on topics related to the health care industry. She has been with the firm for almost twenty years and currently serves on the Business Development Committee.
