Ralph Esposito runs the largest Special Needs audit and consulting practice in New York State. His vast knowledge of organizations funded and regulated by New York State and New York City OMRDD, SED, OMH and OASAS make him a key resource to the most innovative and cutting-edge organizations.
Ralph's extensive experience in integrating government funders' compliance requirements with agency-specific operations provides a unique and invaluable service to his clients. He is widely recognized for his exceptional risk assessment acumen and for his ability to identify and assess risk at the corporate, program and transaction levels.
He spends a significant amount of time guiding audit committee and board members in helping them understand and fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities.
