Most recently, as a principal health care fiscal analyst, Ms. Ravish was responsible for supervising the processing of Medicaid nursing home rates and Medicaid appeals. She was also responsible for evaluating health facility refinancing proposals, ensuring that capital decisions conformed with DOH policy and public health law.

Ms. Ravish also developed reports and made recommendations to the State Hospital Review and Planning Council with regard to the financial feasibility and capability of Certificate of Need (CON) applicants aiming to undertake major hospital and nursing home construction and establishment projects.
