Koy is a principal in the firm’s financial consulting division.  She works with managed long-term care providers, home care agencies and nursing homes.  She has significant expertise in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues and is currently taking the lead at the firm in analyzing and preparing clients for a new Medicaid reimbursement system for outpatient clinics.  

Before joining Loeb & Troper, Koy worked for the Deputy Mayor of Education and Human Services in NYC and the NYS Division of Budget in Albany.   She holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. 

When she is not analyzing reimbursement methodologies and troubleshooting with regulators, she spends her time volunteering and traveling.  Koy was recently named to the firm’s partnership, effective January 2010.
