Joseph Frohlinger
Principal
Joseph Frohlinger provides financial consulting services to health care providers. He has specific expertise in reimbursement issues for nursing homes, home care agencies and diagnostic and treatment centers.
Joe has assisted clients with mergers/acquisitions, responses to third-party audits, expansion of services as well as rate setting and appeals.
With extensive knowledge of the financial operations unique to health care organizations, Joe is often asked to assist clients in the preparation of annual budgets and the year-end closing for the annual audit of the books and records. He has also served as the interim Chief Financial Officer in cases where non-audit clients have an unplanned vacancy in the staff position.
Prior to joining Loeb & Troper in 1984, Joe was an accountant for a New York-area teaching hospital. He graduated from Brooklyn College with a B.S. in business and accounting.
