Deborah Lynch guides leading health care organizations in identifying and executing a full spectrum of strategic planning activities. Her extensive experience, practical approach and significant knowledge of the regulatory environment make her a key resource for some of the largest health care providers in New York State. 

Deborah is well-known for her ability to successfully navigate complicated regulations in order to execute progressive and visionary goals. She has served as the lead consultant for some of the most significant and innovative projects in the continuing care field. She has a special expertise in serving as the project manager for multi-million dollar capital initiatives. She is a key resource for health care executives, board members, legal advisors, bankers and for regulators. 

Deborah joined the firm after a successful career on the provider side of the long-term care field where her previous roles include Director of Nursing Services at large facilities and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator of a major regional health care system. Deborah manages the firm’s strategic planning practice, provides oversight to the clinical consulting practice and currently serves on the People Committee at the firm. 

Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Goshen College, a Master of Science Degree in Nursing and a Master of Arts in Social Gerontology from the University of Pennsylvania.
