In his role as partner-in-charge of the health care consulting practice, David divides his time between client engagements, industry advisory roles and maintaining key governmental relationships.  He is widely recognized for his ability to integrate technical requirements with visionary objectives.  He has guided the industry's leading decision makers with long-term strategic planning and tactical implementation plans in some of the most innovative programs in continuing care.  He is a highly regarded and trusted advisor to executives, board members, regulators, and fellow professionals.

David joined the firm in 1972 immediately after receiving his degree from Brooklyn College. He began his career in the audit practice and is responsible for developing the firm’s health care consulting practice.  As the Managing Partner, he chairs the firm’s Executive Committee.
