Joseph Frohlinger is a Principal with Loeb & Troper and has more than sixteen years of experience in providing audit and health care consulting services to various health care organizations. Mr. Frohlinger has assisted clients in preparation of rate appeals and cost reports to third-party reimbursement agencies. He has assisted a number of health care facilities in obtaining additional Medicaid reimbursement through various appeal mechanisms. In recent years, Mr. Frohlinger has also concentrated on addressing many of the financial aspects (including budget preparation and financing) of both establishment and renovation of capital projects, including nursing facilities, diagnostic and treatment facilities and assisted living projects.
Mr. Frohlinger has extensive experience assisting clients in addressing such diverse issues as financial feasibility and fiscal impact analysis, preparing financial projections and conducting forecasting. Prior to joining the Health Care Consulting practice, Mr. Frohlinger was involved with providing both audit and consulting services to the full spectrum of Loeb & Troper's not-for-profit and acute and continuing care clients.
Mr. Frohlinger received his B.A. degree from Brooklyn College of the City of New York in 1980.
